Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in HRBP or HR Strategy
- Strong HR concept understanding and execution in diverse workplaces
- Recruitment and Employee & Labor Relations expertise
- Proficient in English verbal communication
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multicultural communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and do business trips
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from Php18,00.00 per month
