Job Description
We are Flash Express Philippines, seeking a talented HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least two years of extensive experience in HRBP and HR Strategy
- Strong background in recruitment and Employee & Labor Relations
- Proficient English verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Amenable to onsite work and business trips
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, paid training, permanent employee promotion
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Experience: HR Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
