Job Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the business leaders to align and implement HR strategies and initiatives. This role will involve providing HR consultation to enable the achievement of strategic business objectives, promoting employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the management team to understand their needs and provide guidance on people-related matters. They will also be responsible for managing performance appraisal programs, training and development activities, and facilitating change management processes.
Key requirements for this role include a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in the HR field, possess a strong business acumen, and have the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.
