Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide HR support to the employees.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
