Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management are preferred
- Good communication skills
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update the People database
- Provide support to the HR Manager
- Create simple reports and presentations when needed
- Provide Admin and HR support like simple timekeeping and other admin and HR functions as assigned
- Provide support in organizing events and engagement programs
- Provide support in creating key visuals or digital collaterals
- Research and present new or upcoming HR trends
- Some admin tasks like collection of requirements of new hires
- Process background checks and monitor pre-employment medical exams
- Assistance in creating new members payroll account
- Conducts HR orientation

- Organized and Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills – English and Tagalog, outgoing people person
- Self-starter and creative thinker
- Currently taking up a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course
- Proficient in Google suites especially GoogleSheets, Canva (or any creative software/tools)
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
