To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Should have extensive labor relations experience.
  • Familiar with C&B, Organizational Development, payroll and timekeeping software, and payroll process.
  • Familiar with HR Systems (Workday).
  • Can communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing at least 500 FTEs is a must.
  • Must be willing to work at night and in Ortigas and Cubao area. (Hybrid)

Salary: Php21,834.38 – Php66,413.00 per month.

Schedule:
