Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and collaborate across HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
