Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Mets Logistics Inc will support various HR functions including Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations to ensure top-notch HR service delivery. Collaboration with the HR team is essential for successful contribution to the organization’s needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process facilitation
- Monitoring employees’ onboarding and status changes
- New employee orientation facilitation
- Performance Appraisal forms preparation and monitoring
- Supporting various training activities
- Timekeeping, employee benefits processing, and handling inquiries
- Employee relations and discipline support
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Strong communication and people skills
- Collaborative with a results-driven approach
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
