Job Description
The Human Resources Solutions Employee Experience Specialist II will be responsible for delivering HR services related to employee experience. Duties include overseeing internships, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide HR consulting services to ensure effective solutions
- Develop consultative and coaching skills
- Lead change management efforts and ensure efficient HR service delivery
- Create a client-focused employee experience environment
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage service providers
- Resolve issues independently and escalate complex problems
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in HR process management
- Project management skills with a focus on results
- Advanced IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
