Job Description
We invite you to become a vital member of Suhay, OPC as an HR Business Partner! In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and management, facilitating operational processes and addressing employee relations matters.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the performance management process and driving employee engagement initiatives through training programs.
To qualify, candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources Management, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, and have a solid understanding of labor legislation.
This position is a fixed term of 5 months, offering a competitive salary range of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00, with a requirement of 100% travel.
