Job Description
Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success through talent management and employee engagement? We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Advise and support managers in all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers.
