Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of HR Business Partner at Universal Robina Corporation. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing guidance and support in all HR matters
- Developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Overseeing recruitment and selection processes
- Managing employee relations and addressing any issues or conflicts
- Supporting performance management and talent development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are also required.
