Job Description
WTW is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will oversee daily GHRS operations, ensuring compliance with service level standards and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also engage in various HR projects, improve team efficiencies, and protect employee data privacy.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have experience in HR Shared Services. Strong communication and prioritization skills, along with adaptability, are essential. Proficiency in Excel and Word is advantageous. Candidates must be willing to work during EMEA and North America hours.
