Job Description
Join HALCYON MARINE HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS INC. as an HR Career Development Associate!
In this role, you will maintain up-to-date training records, facilitate training requests, and assist the HR Manager in preparing in-house training programs. You will help research various training workshops and cost-effective training solutions for our employees’ continuous learning and career enhancement.
Your responsibilities will also include checking the completion of employee 201 files and securing training manuals for company libraries. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to develop their career in HR.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month | Schedule: 8-hour Day shift
