Job Description
The primary function of this role is to ensure that all HR related tasks are served on time. Performs diversified administration and support duties in connection with the Admin functions and handling Manpower on clinic and Security Agency.
Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Nursing – registered as licensed Nurse.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in being company nurse.
Entry level to 2 years working experience on General administrative and human resource function.
Has knowledge in Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits and Compensation, Government Mandatory requirements, Employee Relations, Training and Development (or must have an extensive experience in all facets of HR).
Has knowledge in handling Timekeeping system.
Good knowledge on MS Office applications (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Power Point etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Good communication skills, time management, customer service, interpersonal / intrapersonal skills.
Can work under pressure, have a good sense of flexibility, and adaptability.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
