Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related degree.
- At least two (2) years experience in compensation and benefits
- Must have knowledge in all aspects of mandatories and employee benefits
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD
- Willing to be assigned in Makati Office
- Willing to do field work as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
