Job Description

The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department at Ace Care Services. They assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The HR Coordinator also assists with employee development and performance management activities.

Responsibilities: – Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. – Coordinating new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training. – Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, job details, and training records. – Assisting with employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions. – Assisting with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries. – Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
