Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain updated curriculum and training records.
- Address employees’ and clients’ queries.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
Qualifications: Experience in HR or recruitment, knowledge in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a degree in BS Psychology or Management. Must be amenable to work onsite at Ecoland, Davao.
