Job Description
Summary of Position
Responsible for the Company’s human resources recruiting, performance appraisal, counseling, and administration. Management of all procedures related to the timekeeping and weekly and semimonthly payroll.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience, and education
- Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants
- Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties
- Hiring or referring qualified applicants for the employer
- Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
- Keeping process paperwork and employment records
- Attendance monitoring
- Timekeeping of Monthly Payroll and processing of Weekly and Semi-monthly payroll
- Bank report of weekly and semi-monthly payroll
- Updating the MRF report and filling the vacant position approved from the Dep’t. Head
- Conducting an orientation of the newly hired employees
- Issuing Notice to Explain and Disciplinary Action with the approval of management
- Checking and validating billing
- Updating the Master list of Employees; Employee Registration; Employee Separation; Notice of Personnel Movement and Payroll Authority Notice (Direct and Agency)
- Checking the Monthly Deduction and Pag ibig contribution and loans
- Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs
- Mandatories (SS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH)
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Graduate of 4-year Business Administration or behavioral course
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the HR and Admin functions
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong moral and ethical code
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
