Job Description
BEST ALLIED SERVICES INTEGRATED COMPANY INC.
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to be based in Davao City.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Hospitality, or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of related work experience is required.
- Skills in Recruitment, Staffing, and Employee Relations.
- Open to field work. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Ensure proper staffing at assigned outlets/stores.
- Manage employee replacements and coordinate promotional activities.
- Enforce company policies, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct investigations.
- Administer employment exams and interviews, maintain document records.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php12,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
