Job Description
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR inquiries
- Maintain employees’ records
- Assist with performance management
- Schedule meetings and HR events
- Coordinate training sessions
- Update records and produce reports
- Stay updated on HR trends
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2 years HR Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of Labor Law and HR practices
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 to Php14,00.00/month
