Job Description
ESPI Management Services is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to oversee employee-related transactions for our Cabuyao location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee manning, coordinating work assignments with the client’s Supervisor, and addressing employee concerns.
Key responsibilities include conducting orientations for new hires, verifying Daily Time Records (DTRs), processing payroll, monitoring employee contracts, and reporting any misconduct to the HR Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Php 550.00 per day
Schedule: 8-hour shifts with possible overtime
Experience: At least 1 year preferred
