Job Description
1.1 In charge of all the transactions concerning ESPI Management Services’ employees assigned to Valenzuela City.
1.2 Controls the manning of employees needed by the client.
1.3 Supervision over the employees pertaining to their work assignment in coordination with the client’s Supervisor.
1.4 Coordinates and receives complaints from the employees.
1.5 Conducts orientation for newly hired employees.
1.6 In-charge of checking the Daily Time Records (DTR) of the employees.
1.7 In-charge of the delivery of salary for newly hired employees.
1.8 Responsible for monitoring the contract of the employees.
1.9 In-charge of issuing Notice to Explain to erring employees.
1.10 Reports employee misconduct to the HR Department.
1.11 Other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php550.00 per day
