Job Description
Job Summary: The Employee Relations Coordinator handles company events, fosters good communication, and runs programs to uplift employee morale and satisfaction. Collaborates closely with the Business Partner for Employee Relations.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of any social science course. Experience in leading and events organizing. Strong People skills. Excellent communication skills (Both Written/Oral). Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Photo and Video Editing App. Creative and Resourceful.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
