Job Description
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years of relevant job experience.
- Preferably with own motorcycle.
- Significant experience in recruitment or headhunting roles. Familiarity with recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Clear communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong time management and organizational skills for multiple recruitment assignments.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Attention to detail in HR record maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills for positive relationships with stakeholders.
