Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in HR policies and procedures
- Performance management expertise
- Preferably with Manpower Agency coordination experience in food manufacturing
- Leadership and management proficiency
- Knowledge in employee discipline and relations
- No visible tattoos
- Location: Mamplasan, Binan Laguna
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
