Job Description
As an HR Coordinator specializing in recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within our organization. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in building relationships with external recruitment agencies, organizing job fairs and recruitment events, and continuously improving our recruitment processes.
