Job Description
Rui Sheng Sales Corp. is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Human Resource Records.
- Verify candidates through background checks.
- Conduct job orientation for new employees.
- Implement company policies and regulations.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology or HR-related courses (Fresh graduates welcome).
- 6 months to 1 year HR experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with labor laws regulated by DOLE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Early shifts.
- Work on Holidays, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends.
