Job Description

Job Title: HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Fresh Graduate or College Level with HR experience

Willing to work on site (Alabang Muntinlupa)

Can start ASAP

Timekeeping experience is a must.

Willing to start immediately

Job Description:

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc).

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary
  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
