Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree/College graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in HR records management
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge in using Oracle or Yoda system is a plus
- Must come from the banking/financial industry
- Amenable to work in a temporary Hybrid work set-up
- Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Support the validation and updating of International employee data
- Providing coaching and direction as required
- Identify, correct, and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data
- Mass data change projects and processes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Experience:
- HR Data Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Banking/Financial Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
