Job Description
At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. We are seeking a HR Data Operations Intern to join our Global Services HR team from January to May 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in complex workforce data maintenance.
- Drive global consistency and compliance in workforce data processes.
- Complete Enterprise Interface Builder tasks.
- Provide guidance on Workday transactions.
- Maintain monitoring logs and resolve integration-related issues.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Amenable to onsite work at our Paranaque office at least 2 times a week.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.
