Job Description
As an HR Employee Relations & Engagement specialist, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships between the organization and its employees. Your main tasks include handling employee grievances, mediating conflicts, and developing engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
You will collaborate closely with HR business partners and managers to create a supportive and productive work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be the liaison between employees and management.
