Job Description

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,500.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and mediate conflicts.
- Develop and implement employee policies.
- Promote employee engagement through initiatives.
- Maintain records of employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Benefits: Transportation service provided.
Schedule: 8 hour shift.
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay.
