Job Description
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will collaborate with managers to implement HR policies, maintain accurate personnel records, support payroll processes, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience.
- Skills: strong communication, strict confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
