Job Description

This is for immediate hiring and will require full on-site duty at the Head Office in BGC, Taguig City.

As an HR Executive (Generalist), you will be in charge of the following:

Recruitment:

  • Recruitment of quality candidates from initial interview, issuance of pre-employment requirements, deployment procedures up to employees’ separation.
  • Conducts Orientation for newly hired employees.

Payroll and Timekeeping:

  • Overall timekeeping process of employee’s attendance/daily time record for payroll processing.
  • Monitors employees’ leave balance (VL/SL).
  • Provides information and updates to all employees about payroll related matters.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monitors, reviews, and processes all government mandated benefits such as SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support in organizational development and growth.
  • Support resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary.
  • Provides guidance to management to ensure compliance with Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Exit:

  • Initiates and facilitates the exit review process.
  • Preparation of exit letter.
  • Preparation of final settlement.
  • Initiates and ensures completion of Final Settlement checklist.

Attending to any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • At least 3 years of experience as HR generalist with extensive background in recruitment.
  • Experience in banking or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in payroll is a MUST.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • 8-hour shift.

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary.

Experience:

  • Payroll: 1 year (Required).
  • Human Resources Generalist: 3 years (Required).
