Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Finance Duties:
- Custodian of Branch Petty Cash
- Issue petty cash vouchers
- Weekly expense reports for Small Scale and Truck Scale Expenses
- Request payments for petty cash funds and bills
- Monthly Official Receipt (OR) reports
- Cash count every Saturday
- Assist Branch Manager with various tasks
HR Duties:
- Monitor employee attendance
- Tally overtime applications
- Summary of attendance data for payroll
- Coordinate with HRD Head Office
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, Overtime pay.
Education: Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 1 year in HR preferred.
