Job Description
EPSON PRECISION PHILIPPINES INC. is currently looking for a talented HR General Affairs Staff to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Key responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, employee engagement, and performance management. Candidates must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with HRIS is a plus, and experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
This position is full-time and permanent, situated at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc.
