Job Description
- Source qualified applicants through online job platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews to verify basic qualifications of applicants.
- Endorse potential applicants to the Manager for an in-depth interview.
- Handle employment orientation and exit interviews.
- Monitor and process monthly mandatory benefits for employees.
- Timekeeping and Payroll.
- Draft, issue memoranda, and implement disciplinary actions.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual Reportorial reports for DOLE and DENR.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Maintain HR records (201 files, attendance, payroll, memorandums, etc.).
- Assist in the processing of permit requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management and immediate superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
