Job Description
- Under the general supervision of HR Manager, assist in achieving the business objectives by focusing on excellent HR service delivery.
- Implement, communicate, align, and reinforce overall HR initiatives.
- Ensure proper administration and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Work with the Clark office management team to improve the end-to-end HR delivery processes.
- Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with management and employees.
- Resolve any escalated issues and risks.
- Support and reinforce service delivery of the following HR facets:
- Talent acquisition
- Benefits administration
- Employee engagement / employee relations
- Performance Management
- Training & development
- HRIS
