Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Handles recruitment, employee on-boarding, orientation, disciplinary cases, and company events.
- Responsible in the processing and reporting of SS, PHIC, and HDMF contributions, loans, claims, etc.
- Handles employees’ Timekeeping.
- Assists employees in the processing of medical and/or accident insurance claims.
- 201 filing and monitoring of HMO & Group Life Insurance Policies.
- Handles admin tasks as required by the HR & Admin Manager.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, keen to details, and has initiative.
- Work Schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Can start immediately.
