Job Description
– College grad (psychology, BSBA HRDM, or relevant experience)
– FRESH GRADUATES are welcome (with internship experience) with experience is a plus
– Attention to detail
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make Job Description for every job position.
- Ensure general welfare of all employees with provision of equal protection of rights and benefits as mandated by labor laws.
- Conduct interview and select candidates for hiring positions
- Prepare employee of the month, monitor employee status (casual/probationary or for regularization).
- Monitor attendance, create memos, COE.
- Double check the documented information for payroll of the employees.
- Prepare evaluation form and make a summary for retaining and terminating employee.
