Job Description
Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Will lead and manage HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Also serves as a strategic partner to senior management, ensuring that HR practices support and drive the achievement of the organization’s goals.
