Job Description
Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment process.
Execute strategies and policies for talent acquisition and management.
Monitor, execute, and track the onboarding cycle of new employees.
Assist in pre-exit requirements of exiting employees, offboarding process.
Assist in training & development initiatives.
Spearhead and assist in various engagement activities and programs.
Assist in Government related HR functions/HR Administrative functions.
Assist in retention campaigns.
Provide HR & Admin Support to employees.
Maintain employee files and records.
Overall assistance within the department and HR administrative work support.
Handle and manage HR projects as assigned to you.
