Job Description
- Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure best practices in HR and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct interviews for front-liner positions.
- Visit sites to understand working conditions and potential labor issues.
- Provide HR advice, coaching, and support to line managers on various human resource matters.
- Maintain accurate HR databases, generate reports, and offer solutions to management.
- Manage HR documents following company procedures.
- Keep updated on HR trends and practices.
- Perform other assigned duties.
