Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and benefits administration.
You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Your role will involve conducting interviews, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, administering employee benefits, and resolving employee issues.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in HR operations. Additionally, knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.
