Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions within our organization.
Your responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, employee performance evaluations, training and development programs, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of human resources practices and policies. You must also possess the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently as well as part of a team.
