Job Description
FTC GROUP OF COMPANIES CORP is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and exit formalities. The role includes supporting HR systems and documentation development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year in human resource management, with talent acquisition experience being advantageous.
Skills: Basic knowledge of HR systems, excellent organizational skills, communication, and a proactive approach.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month.
