Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources within our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation programs.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll management and performance evaluation processes.
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as conflict resolution, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
