Job Description
As an HR Generalist at Healthcare and Technology Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within our company.
- Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handling recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Managing employee relations and addressing any grievances or conflicts.
- Assisting in performance management processes, such as conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans.
