Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Promote HR programs for an efficient workplace
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation
- Manage performance evaluation processes
- Analyze HR metrics for decision-making
- Organize employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee records both electronically and in paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction through issue resolution and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements and skills:
- Proven HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in a results-driven team
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, Overtime pay, Performance bonus
